Do I need to move the mattress outside?
No. Describe where it is and the path out. Indoor carry-out can be included when access is safe.
Can you remove a box spring too?
Yes. Count each mattress and foundation piece separately, including split box springs.
Is every mattress recycled?
No. Routing depends on condition and current facility acceptance. Wet, infested, or contaminated items may not qualify.
How is pricing determined?
Item count, size, condition, access, labor, travel, and receiving fees can all affect the estimate. Pricing is confirmed before loading.
What are the operating hours?
Published hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
